Yes! You can change your membership tier at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Your existing investments and access to deals you've committed to remain unaffected by tier changes.

Investment minimums vary by opportunity and membership tier. Starter members typically see minimums of $100,000, Premium members $50,000, and Elite members can access exclusive deals starting at $25,000. Some syndicated opportunities may have lower minimums through pooled investments.

Every opportunity undergoes comprehensive due diligence including: financial analysis, management team assessment, market validation, competitive positioning, legal compliance review, reference checks, and third-party verification. We review 200+ deals monthly and only present the top 5% that meet our stringent criteria.

Membership fees are clearly stated for each tier. Beyond membership, we charge a carried interest of 20% on profitable exits (industry standard) and may charge administrative fees of 1-2% annually on deployed capital. All fees are transparent and disclosed upfront in investment documentation. There are no hidden charges.

Investment timelines vary significantly by asset class and stage. Early-stage ventures typically have 5-7 year horizons, growth equity 3-5 years, and late-stage/pre-IPO opportunities 1-3 years. Some investments may provide interim distributions through dividends or partial liquidity events. We provide estimated timelines for each opportunity.
